What we do

Rooflight inspection & maintenance

Skylights and rooflights require regular maintenance to remain weathertight, structurally sound and thermally efficient. We carry out cleaning of glass or polycarbonate surfaces, inspection and re-sealing of frames, checks on condensation drainage channels, replacement of failed gaskets or beads, and assessment of structural integrity including frame corrosion and fixing condition.

Panel repair & replacement

We repair cracked or broken rooflight panels using appropriate replacement glass or polycarbonate units, sealed and secured in accordance with the original specification. Where opening lights or ventilation flaps are involved, we inspect and service the operating mechanisms and replace any failed components.

Large array maintenance programmes

For large rooflight arrays on industrial or logistics buildings, we carry out systematic maintenance programmes across all units in a single visit. A comprehensive condition report is provided on completion, with immediate repairs carried out on site where required, avoiding the need for return visits.

Condition reporting & records

All inspection findings are recorded photographically and provided in a written condition report covering frame integrity, glazing condition, seal performance and drainage function. Reports include recommended actions and priority ratings, giving building managers the information they need to plan and budget for ongoing maintenance.

Yes. We use appropriate cleaning methods including soft washing, pressure washing and chemical treatment depending on the panel material. We confirm the correct approach for polycarbonate and coated glass before work begins. 

We can inspect and assess the mechanical condition of operating systems and carry out basic servicing. For electrical components, we work with your building services contractor or can recommend a specialist.
