What we do

Corrosion protection coating systems

Corrosion is the primary cause of structural and infrastructure asset deterioration in the UK. We apply full coating systems including zinc-rich primers, epoxy intermediates and polyurethane topcoats on structures from bridges and jetties to offshore access platforms and coastal buildings at any height, without the need for scaffold.

Surface preparation

Surface preparation is carried out to the correct cleanliness and profile standard using power tools, needle gun or grit blasting as specified. Each coat is applied to the required wet film thickness and verified by DFT measurement before the next coat is applied, ensuring the full coating system performs as designed from substrate to finish.

Maintenance recoating programmes

For maintenance recoating programmes, we carry out condition surveys to identify areas of coating breakdown and corrosion, developing a scope of repair and recoating that addresses the most critical areas first. This targeted approach maximises the value of the maintenance budget and extends the service life of the asset between major treatment cycles.

Records & ongoing monitoring

We provide before-and-after records for all recoating works and can provide ongoing inspection support to monitor coating performance between maintenance visits. This gives asset owners and infrastructure managers the data they need to plan future maintenance activity, manage budgets and demonstrate compliance with asset management obligations.
