High-level dust removal

Dust and debris accumulation on high-level surfaces in industrial and commercial buildings creates fire risk, hygiene concerns, equipment damage risk and compliance issues. We carry out high-level dust removal using HEPA-filtered industrial vacuum equipment, preventing re-suspension of fine particles during the cleaning process. Beams, trusses, cable trays and HVAC systems are all within our cleaning scope at any height.

Controlled & hygiene-critical environments

For environments with strict contamination control requirements food production, pharmaceutical, electronics manufacturing and data centres we use cleanroom-compatible vacuums and carry out cleaning under the supervision of your quality or hygiene manager. Our teams understand the additional protocols required in these environments and work within your site-specific hygiene and contamination control procedures throughout.

Construction debris clearance

Construction debris on high-level steelwork is a common problem after building fit-out or refurbishment works. We remove tools, off-cuts, packaging and debris left at height by construction trades, leaving the structure clean and ready for handover or final inspection. This work is typically carried out as a single visit at the end of the construction programme, coordinated with the principal contractor’s handover sequence.
