What we do

Diagnosis first

Facade leaks typically occur at panel joints, around fixings, at interfaces between cladding and other elements, and at penetrations for services, windows or structural attachments. Each leak type requires a different repair approach, so correct diagnosis is essential to a correct repair.

Joint & fixing repairs

Panel joint failures are repaired by removing the old sealant, preparing the joint surfaces and applying new sealant correctly to the joint geometry. Fixing penetration leaks are sealed using appropriate grommets, sealant or flashings, depending on the fixing type.

Interface detailing

Interface failures between cladding and windows, roof and parapet elements require specific detailing appropriate to the junction type, so the repair matches how that junction is built and how it behaves.

Systematic resealing & documentation

For cladding systems with widespread sealant failure across an elevation, we carry out systematic resealing programmes, working methodically across the facade. Each joint is documented on completion, giving a clear record of the repair scope against the building elevation.

Yes. We carry out leak repairs in composite, insulated and single-skin metal cladding systems. Panel replacement, joint repair and fixing remediation are all within our scope.

We stand behind our repair work. If a leak recurs in an area we have repaired within the defects period, we return to investigate and remedy at no additional charge, subject to the warranty terms agreed at contract.
