What we do

Full system installation

We install a full range of external cladding products including insulated metal panels, fibre cement boards, terracotta rainscreen systems and composite aluminium cassettes. All installations are carried out to the project specification and in compliance with Building Regulations, including Approved Document B requirements for fire performance on taller buildings.

Upgrade & strip-out works

Upgrade works typically involve the removal of non-compliant or deteriorating cladding and replacement with modern, fire-rated, thermally improved systems. We manage the full sequence strip-out, substrate inspection and repair, new sub-frame installation, insulation and final panel fixing all delivered via rope access without the need for scaffold.

Live programme coordination

Our teams work within live programme environments, coordinating with principal contractors, fire engineers and building control to ensure works are inspected at each stage. We integrate with the wider construction programme to avoid delays and maintain site safety throughout.

Documentation & records

We provide full photographic records of substrate condition, fixings, cavity barriers and panel positions throughout the works. Every stage is documented to support building control sign-off, as-built records and ongoing compliance requirements.
